Learning is a process. It is a way of life no one can deny. While some people say no to formal education for a reason, they embrace learning directly or indirectly. Education and learning are like salt and pepper that adds value to one’s taste in life.
There are some differences between education and learning;
Education
The process of education includes;
[A] Systematic instruction,
[B] Formal,
[C] Structured.
Systematic instruction involves direct teaching. That is teachers and students experience. This is where formal education takes place. Students learn a specific topics each day. Their goal is to achieve qualifications and develop skills.
Learning
The process of learning involves;
[A] Ongoing,
[B] Often self-directed and
[C] Natural.
Self-directed is a process learning is acquired through life experience. No directing teaching in involved.
Education is the process through knowledge, values, character traits and skills are acquired. These acquisitions enables individual to contribute meaningfully to the world around them. They develop their potentials and understand what life is.
Learning on the other hand is broader. Learning is the internal outcome of understanding and applying that knowledge, which can happen anywhere, anytime, outside of formal schooling. Education is one of the methods to achieve learning.
You can never go wrong in acquiring a skill. For example; catering, tailoring, etc.

Finally, Learning or education has no age limit. Do not let anyone stop you from getting whatever knowledge you desire.
There is no shortcut to life. Learning must take place so as to achieve one’s goal.
You must learn something new as the world changes dynamically.
